Cancellations and Refunds

AllSafes.ca offers hassle-free returns within 30 days for undamaged and unopened products. If you decide to cancel an order that has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used during the purchase.

If you want to return a product, please contact us at sales@allsafes.ca or call us at the number provided on our website to receive a return authorization number. The refund will be processed once the item is received, and will be refunded as soon as your credit card/payment method allows.

Damages:

We take utmost care in packaging your order to ensure safe delivery. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and if you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to returns@allsafecompany.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and issue a refund or exchange once we receive confirmation of the damage from the carrier.
